5.2.5. Block the data connected with the User upon the User’s request or demand of the legal or authorized representative to protect the rights of personal data subjects for the verification period if detecting inaccurate personal data or actions prohibited by law.
6. Responsibility of the Parties
6.1. The Administration, which failed to fulfill its obligations, is held responsible for the losses incurred by the User due to the unlawful processing of the User’s personal data in compliance with the law, with the exception of the cases provided in the clauses 4.1 and 6.2 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2. The administration is not held responsible for the loss or exposure of the Users personal data in the following cases:
6.2.1. The User’s data became public prior to its loss or exposure.
6.2.2. The third party received it earlier than the Administration did.
6.2.3. The User gave consent for its exposure.
6.3. The User bears total responsibility for obeying legal requirements, along with the protection of copyright and related rights, on the protection of trademarks and service marks, and laws on advertising, but not narrowed to those mentioned, including full liability for the content and form of materials.
6.4. The User accepts the fact that the liability for any data published on the Bet Guide website the User may have access to is held on the person provided that information.

8. Additional Terms
